Shannon is a passionate real estate professional with a deep commitment to giving back to her community. She co-founded Schmitz & Smith Group, a boutique luxury real estate company powered by Keller Williams Luxury International. Her accomplishments include being inducted into Austin’s Platinum Top 50 and receiving the designation Million Dollar Guild (CLHMS).
Shannon is also a founding member of Women of Hope, a volunteer at SAFE and Hand to Hold, and she annually leads a 300-member volunteer team at Community First Village for Keller Williams Red Day. Her passion for giving back stems from her belief that "Giving Back" is her Why. Her team has adopted the Why of "We strive to inspire and empower generosity in ourselves and others throughout our community."
