Shannon is a passionate real estate professional with a deep commitment to giving back to her community. She co-founded Schmitz & Smith Group, a boutique luxury real estate company powered by Keller Williams Luxury International. Her accomplishments include being inducted into Austin’s Platinum Top 50 and receiving the designation Million Dollar Guild (CLHMS).
Shannon is also a founding member of Women of Hope, a volunteer at SAFE and Hungry Souls. She annually leads a 300-member volunteer team for Keller Williams Red Day, this year serving alongside Austin Blessings Co-op. In her role as an Agent Leadership Council member at her Market Center she heads up the KW Cares committee and raises money to help support fellow agents in need. Her passion for giving back stems from her belief that "Giving Back" is her Why. Her team has adopted the Why of "We strive to inspire and empower generosity in ourselves and others throughout our community."
