With a background spanning sales, property management, and business operations, Toia’s passion lies in optimizing the big picture—developing scalable systems, supporting growth initiatives, and ensuring the team delivers a polished experience at every level. Her calm leadership and operational insight make her an indispensable part of the Schmitz & Smith foundation.
Originally from California, Toia proudly calls Texas home—especially during rodeo season. She lives in Austin with her two daughters and their Vizsla, and spends her free time exploring hill country trails, enjoying local food spots, and embracing all things Austin.
