While Toia may not be a native Austinite, she got here as soon as she could! Her combined love for the city of Austin and her vast experience in real estate make her a perfect addition to the Schmitz & Smith Group as Operations Manager.
Toia is a licensed RealtorĀ® and has worked in property management and real estate for 13 years. She is completely fascinated with all aspects of the real estate industry from architecture and design to construction and contracts. Toia loves that she can bring her passion for all things real estate and her love for helping people to her career. Toia has unparalleled attention to detail which ensures that all of the Schmitz & Smith Group clients have a seamless buying, selling, or investing experience from start to finish.
Toia is originally from California and her husband is from England so they spend a lot of time travelling between the two. This makes Toia an especially great resource for the many clients relocating to Austin from out-of-state.
Outside of the office, Toia is extremely involved in her community. She volunteers her time to Mobile Loaves and Fishes, Meals on Wheels, and Front Steps. Toia also enjoys getting outside in nature with her 8-year-old daughter and exploring all that Austin has to offer. You can find Toia and her family all over Austin at parks, festivals, and restaurants. Like most of Austin, Toia and her husband are major foodies!
